Why are you upgrading you RAM?
Simple search concludes yes, there are 8GB sticks, but they seem a bit overpriced:

What do you need 16gigs of ram for? O.o I can only think of one use for 16 gigs, CRAZY video editing. (With some 3d modeling programs opened as well)

You should look into things before jumping to conclusions.
CPU, NOT RAM is the main factor in 'running more bots'.

I'm sure 8G of RAM is plenty for whatever you need to be doing, and if you wish to run more bots/things at once, get a better CPU.

(Which for a laptop, you can't upgrade the CPU).

Oh ok.

But for factory built desktops, I don't think you can replace the CPUs.

Only self-built.
