Leechers

I feel anyone using a script would just abuse it to gold farm, leechers :/. I feel our take on Simba and this whole community would be to just train skills and not go about money making ideas, support, or scripts.
Example: Use a script to cut logs, then either burn them for fire making or fletch them into (u) bows. If you do that then pick flax and spin then string the bows. then use high alch so it doesn't crash GE prices.
Example. Mine all iron and coal ore, mining exp. then take them and smelt them into steel bars then cannonballs, smithing exp, then take the cannonballs and a cannon and train range.

Money making is not a bad thing its just bad when people have an abundant source and sell the product really low to get the money faster. People do it I used to but we don't need that money right away do we? No, just sell in GE for middle price or higher than go out and use scripts for a few more days. Not only will you get more money but it will keep the runescape economy stable.

P.S. I do what i stated above all the time, instead of just training one skill at a time.

i agree with what you said and i disagree as well.
I think the leechers are people who come here, and us the scrips and dont even make an account on the site site unless they have a problem with the program.. some of them also go as far as abusing the scripts for gold farming to manipulate prices and other things.. People like RISK who gold farm to get a lot of cash on their account, but dont manipulate the prices on runescape are alright unless they are producing millions of the item which will in the end hurt the price of the item because the supply is far too high..

Then you have people like me.. Deemed as leechers because they dont know how to mess with the codes or write scrips, and therefore are denied access to good scripts that are available only to people who have knowledge of scripting.. Although, you can see that I have over 100 posts in just one month, and I actively posts debugs and problems with scripts to the creators.. Sometimes I do this out of goodness of my heart to help them improve the scripts, sometimes I do it because I just want the script to work to get back to botting. But my point is, I dont look at myself as a leecher because i use all the scripts to improve only one account that i use… not to gold farm or anything else, and because I love the community and and i enjoy improving my runescape account without all the grinding at higher levels..

I think it would be good to require everyone to make an account to access the entire simba program and the scripts, and require everyone to use SRL stats.. This way, we can keep track of every user and how they are using their scripts and make sure no abuse is happening.. If they have chopped 200,000 yew logs and have only been a member for a few months, then they are obviously gold farming and we can put a stop to them hurting the runescape economy and abusing the integrity of our website and the client. We can keep track of users and help to preserve and repect the amazing game that jagex has given us, and help preserve the integrity of these forums and runescape.. This would also help people like me, for example, want to increase their hunter level but they can not because they dont have access to the good scripts to do so..

imo any form of botting is still wrecking the game. There are people that spend alot of their time playing runescape and we can unfairly get an advantage over them for doing a hell of a lot less.

Also for your method of not crashing prices, i'd recommend disposing of all your money afterwards, because yeah you are sitll gonna end up with money afterwards, and if your going to buy something off the grand exchange it affects the price. So either dispose of your money or buy stuff from stores or wateva, though you must not sell any of those items on the ge… but then say you bought armor from a store, this is gonna affect the market because that is one less person wanting armor.. so yeah your wrecking the game either way

I agree with all of you, It was hard getting the right words out in the right manner. I mean as I said as long as you don't sell below mid price everything should be fine. I also agree that everyone should create an account to access this site and so we can track them as well.

No you sell products for at least mid market price not destroying the runescape economy.

I'm not sure this mid market price so many people speak of is valid, if everyone sells at mid and nobody buys its not gonna stay at the same price. I believe demand is a much larger factor.

If everyone dumps, it surely crashes.

Although we're all cheaters here, there's a difference between botting responsibly or not. We do not promote goldfarming and real world trading, as well as dumping botted goods below mid for obvious reasons.

Yes we do have an unfair advantage over legits spending so many hours in the game, but does it matter? By choosing to bot instead of playing legit, we're already taking the risk of being caught and banned. With greater risks come greater rewards.

IMO it's a personal choice.
