So with the release of the Fight Kiln, I need full Virtus to even attempt it.
Information about Virtus:

Virtus armour is a three-pieced degradable high level magic armour set which may be obtained as a drop from Nex in the Zaros themed God Wars Dungeon expansion, first mentioned on 3 January 2011[1] and released on 10 January 2011[2]. The Virtus magic armour set has a requirement of level 80 Defence, 80 Constitution, and 80 Magic to equip.

This armour also has a special effect. Each piece of the set boosts the wearer's maximum life points. In total, the full Virtus set boosts a player's lifepoints by 400. This special effect also increases the amount of life points healed by Saradomin brews and healing scrolls, as the effects of such items depend on a player's maximum number of life points when calculating how much they heal.

All pieces of the armour set are dropped exclusively by Nex, who is by far the highest level boss monster in the game. In addition to their individual effects, having any Virtus, Pernix, or Torva item equipped counts as a god item for all four factions in God Wars Dungeon, causing all members of the warring factions to become passive to the player. However, the armour does not cause the God Wars bosses or their body guards to become docile towards the player.

I don't mind degradeable armor such as Gano/Virtus.
Chaotics piss me off since we have to dung…

What IS the top armour in RS? I know of Pernix and Virtus. I have full Bandos, and Dragon G. I hate 3rd age, it all looks ugly, but I am tempted to buy Armadyl :D

Torva for Melee.
Virtus for Magic.
Pernix for Ranged.

You don't need virtus to be able to beat the kiln, depending on the level. I plan to do it with Bandos/Armadyl/Gano + chaotics + divine + polypore.

It does and I have another 2 accs without members that can I think, also my torstol farmer can craft deaths I think

Most likely i'll just buy an Arcane SS and 88 Summoning and go to Kiln lol.

You would be better off just using an elysian with gano/arma.

But, a 1 def pure finished the kiln and acquired the new cape.
