Hey guys I just got an effigy…how do i use it?? :D shoutout to @mormonman because I got it wit his script!

You have to have multiple 97+ skills to use it all the way. Rub it and choose the skill you have the requirements for. If you don't get someone to assist you. After all 4 uses are used a dragonkin lamp is granted giving significant exp n a skill of your choice.

You can also give it away to the guy in the Varrock museum if you can't solve it or don't want to. I think he gives you a 5k xp lamp.
