I saw you can get infractions for mental insanity??? uh oh, i only got out of the acute psychiatry ward 3 weeks ago, and am currently rather drunk… As a sufferer of bipolar disorder, is it wise to join these forums? anyone with any knowing advice please ADVISE :D also if anyone else has bipolar and reads this, give us a heads up on how you deal with it (e.g meds, self med, hobbies) as im only recently diagnosed and its always good to hear other peoples "tale of the tape"

i just drink when i'm happy and slit my wrists when i'm sad.
^ never really got into slitting, was always more of a hang myself person.

It's so difficult to hang yourself multiple times. I found slitting my wrists is more of a long-term cure for my depression/insanity.
