My smart doenst pop up. when ill try to OPEN , RUN and use the GUI after that no smart comes help please :S

What script are you running?
I'm guessing MSI.
Can you copy/paste us everything in the debug box (under Simba, lower box)

EDIT : I justuse MSI scripts

That is a common/annoying error with MSI, it will be fixed later in future.
You can just try re-running it a few times until it doesn't happen, or click click ok and let it work (simba will be 'frozen' but script will still run), or you can learn to setup MSI without the GUI: read here on how to setup MSI without form:

yeah same here,

It took me a while but i installed the new java update and reinstalled simba, and finally it worked for me, its still acting weird, opening smart then closing it again, after a few seconds opens it a second time and then it works again.

same error…
