i cant seem to get simba running

whenever i open up simba in the bottom text box the first thing that pops up is this message

Warning: The include directory specified in the Settings isn't valid.
Warning: The font directory specified in the Settings isn't valid. Can't load fonts now

and then when i look at the top where is usually says extensions msi sps and the other things it shows nothing so i try to go to extensions and when i do there is nothing there
can something please help me. thank you :)

Fixed!

Exit Simba. Delete settings.xml in C:\Simba\. Start Simba again.

Delete your entire Simba directory and reinstall it. That may fix it.
