Hey guys, so I've been looking into the grand exchange recently and watching the flux in prices recently, and it's a little worrisome. I was just wondering if anyone has also seen some big changes recently… I mean, for example look at natures. What's going on?

Is there another bot out there that bots natures, if so, who…? I'm a little concerned about the scripts in Members, maybe it got leaked out? I've been trying to sell my runes, and other goods for mid and they simply take hours to sell, if not, at all.

Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Well, considering I'm running my own personal main account for it, I wouldn't consider it 'gold farming', was just curious as to why the huge decrease in prices. While things like pure essence is rising, yet there is a bot out for it. In retrospect they don't seem to coincide in my head. That's all.

You dont just get runes from Runecrafting you know, if you get the tip

Merch clans.

They'll bounce back up sooner or later.

Woah, runes are dropping like hell, but I believe aswell that they will go up again! ;)

Sodoku is still limited. Look, 100 botters won't and can't control the market like the way Rsbot/Rsbuddy/iBot did.

They will raise sooner or later because of popular demand. Again, it could be a merch clan.

That's also when there were hundreds of bots EATING the runes … now there's a large influx of supply with less demand. And it's going to be more than 100, just look at AK Smelter stats. Sudoku gives a ton more profit (at least a little while ago) than smelting, so you can just see all them going to run a sudokuer now.

Well then… that's lovely. I was unaware of this. However, that's very very shitty. SRL has really changed since bot nuke, everything in botting was goldfarming, and it seems as though it still is to most.

I honestly don't care about the prices, I just care about the economy of RS and the game itself.

Yeah, it's also for competition reasons I'd assume. Stupid include wars. I'd guess something like "if we make a goldfarming script for OSI, we will have a ton of users using OSI, and thus more scripters!"… pretty immature IMO :/

Graahking was 250k/hour before nuke on accounts with double natures. Why do people complain about it not being 1.1M/hr, even if it gets as low as 400k/hr which it isnt, its about 2X that atm, is it not more than 250k/hr.

Besides, people should not bot for profit. By saying that you will only accept selling stuff for mid, is that not being selfish?

So you get less profit, lets punish the community and not release scripts, lets stop updating the ones I have released, if they break, I dgaf anymore because I am not making the profit I should be making?

And yes crashing prices is not a good thing.. your telling me your selling ur stuff lower on purpose to crash the items.. Your selling all your "botted" goods lower.. screws over legits as well. The scripts I make I don't use so I have no problem not releasing them. I do it for others.. I just don't wanna see legits get screwed cuz of noobs like you deciding you want a quick instant buck or you wanna 1 on 1 a gold farmer.. Not gunna happen. YOU cannot stop a true gold farmer.. why? They will easily make more bots to run the same script to make up for the decrease in prices.. gf.

Also, people have the right to use any private script they want. She runs it for herself, so she can pay for expensive skills on her pure.

All I have to say is, gold farming is what ruins the game. If it wasn't for that, we wouldn't be having this conversation right now.

First of all, I don't bot goods. Second PSS = Public Sudoku Script, the who cares was refering to that, not to the prices or profit. But in English joins two expressions into a whole in case you don't know.

I got no problems with you, other than you giving me an attitude and partially quoting my original statement to edit/taint its original meaning and context.

Don't release your stuff, to be honest I don't really care. I don't use scripts made by others, it is more rewarding when I make what I use/need.

In addition, you are screwing the community because you got a problem against goldfarming. Either you think SRL is hundred percent gold farmers or you are punishing innocent souls at the sake of the few.

Don't release your scripts, no one has the right to force you. Yet everyone knows what is morally right and what is wrong because we are all human beings are we not.

When did I say I wanted to crash prices or take on gold farmers? Please don't put words in my mouth which I've never said. I just said gold farming is bad, am I not allow to express my opinion on the topic or do you not know the definition of a Forum.

I did not say, "Do not bot for profit", I simply stated my opinion that people "should" not bot for profit. There is a Big Difference and is the word should. The first one is a command, I am not God to command people to do anything, the second is a suggestion which I am in all my rights as a human and member to say.

That is right, you "shouldn't." I don't even have any working scripts, they are not money making scripts with my name on it out there being exploited. All I code now is randoms, are random solvers money making scripts? or are they for the benefit of the community? Work which I do completely free and expecting nothing in return because I care about SRL and I want the community to gain from the work I am doing in a team with Coh3n.

Cmon guys there is absolutely nothing to argue about. Lets not complain about whats good for Rs or bad for Rs. We are all cheaters and we cheat. But I do agree some types of cheating damages the game more than others…

Okay, so if IceFire released his Sodoku then let him. His choice, his decision. BUT, because he released his script to take a shot @ SRL/Simba, his script won't last for long. If they @ Freddy1990.com want to take the route that our neighbors took (that is releasing money-making-market-crashing scripts) then the road is open. But we all know what happenes:

If he chooses to let runes crash by releasing his Sodoku script, then legit's will carry on, they will report it to Jagex, and Jagex will probably nerf Sodoku, or his script will be rendered useless become it's been abused so much and the leachers will come back flocking to SRL to find other ways to make money.

Demise, honestly, nobody here is digging your smart-ass'ness, especially not me. Everyone here is talking about the same thing yet you're thinking we're all directing our generalized thoughts to you. This thread is a discussion thread, not a, 'hey demise, look here so we can flame each other'. And ps, just for the record I HIGHLY doubt you merchant/flip by yourself legitimately in order to obtain gp. Even if you are doing so, you're technically obstructing the market more than a bot would, or a gold farmer for that matter, as they are bringing the raw material into the game and then selling it, not manipulating current prices.

Anyway, back ontopic: Unfortunately, we won't be able to stop gold farming, or those that will do whatever it takes to do so. If Sudoku gets nerfed, which it will eventually… all that is going to do is make those gold farmers migrate to another money making method, quite annoying.

She's not the only one here who is doing the "smart-ass" remarks, so why single her out?

Her script doesn't manipulate prices, it actually buys items higher than mid and sells for even higher, since it takes raw goods and makes a product. Please understand everything before you decide to jump on the bandwagon :)

And I agree, gold farming is out of control.

How did this turn into a flame on Demise merching? She is small potatoes compared to merch clans etc… (Although for one person quite impressive). On topic, it will bounce back for sure.

This. Economy fluctuates a lot, and drastically varies.

Im 100% that all prices will pick back up. Unless a Java bot ala Rsbot comes out.

About ggzz scripts, they are his property and his alone, he can not release them thats up to him. Demise please calm down. Its not the idea of making 400k rather and 1.2 mill its about it starting to fall…it will keep continuing, thats the issue. btw i figure out that we have 60k+ Users on here but not that many members, i support ggzz's decision as it is his chose and Demise's comment was taken out of context.

Now on to the topic..its most likely a merch clan, it will blow over soon…
