I should probably be able to find this out on my own…but how do I make it so that FindObj only searches within specific co-ordinates on the Runescape window?

It's something like FindObjEx
Search findobj and then double click on it and you can scroll through the list for what you need/how to use it ^.^

FindObjEx is correct. Your subarea of client goes to xs, ys, xe, ye
But you should try to forget about FindObj and start learning FindColorsTolerance :D It's not that hard and you can get a lot more flexibility from using TPAs.
