Hello,
Im new here, so limiting the flame would be great :p
I registered a new RS account that uses an email address to log in. I tried to input this as the username, but it tells me that the username is invalid.
Is there anyway I can fix this?
Where exactly are you trying to input your log in details. What script are you using? Can you possibly attach the part of the script that you are trying to add your details to(Minus your details obviously).

You know what I mean mate, on the first tab when I add a player. It requires the email and pass, and emails do not work. I have tested this on "Powerchopper" and "Draynor Normals", but I'm sure it's universal?
It sounds like you are attempting to use the MSI scripts? If there try searching for the MSI section on how to fill out the form. I am more then 100% positive that MSI supports email log in. Screenshot the form you are having an issue with?
Quick thing:
Change True to False.
Then go down to DeclarePlayers and fill in your information. 
Then try to hit run and see if it can log in that way.
