(Explanation):
It looks like jagex is finally taking the threat that RWT poses to its game seriously, they've started taking drastic measures!! Several big Gold buyers/sellers have been hit hard by this, what jagex does is simply put, if they think you RWT they wipe your account of all gps/lock.
They used to ban RWT accounts, but it wasn't that common. Seems like they're finally taking them as the serious threat they are or they've managed to come up with a much better system of detecting it!
I recommend that all Simba users should avoid transfering cash from one account to another, as i've read people saying they got wiped for transferring as little as 2m on their noob.
To be totally honest, I'm quite happy to hear this (although i wont be transfering my backup santa from my noob onto my main for a while :P ) RWT is what made last years botting scene explode, good to see them RWTers feeling the pinch!
I went on Sythe yesterday just to check my inbox, looked at the runescape forums a little bit and this is what i saw!

The way Jagex is wiping your accounts is based on java files in your folders you download from the game.
IP address means nothing since they focus more on the certain computer rather than the ip address, it is very easy to track by a company its mainly used to cancel out computers which have charged back or done something which was undesirable. Jagex instead of banning the computer are using it to their advantage to remove gold and discourage undesirable members on rs. I'm positive even if you begin playing legitimately on rs you will be wiped again since it seems automated.
I tested this out by setting up a few accounts, one which was created on a computer which had an account that was wiped on it, and another account with the same ip address as the account which was wiped but created on a different computer, the account on the computer with the wiped account was created on a different ip. I transferred 20mil to the account with the wiped computer and then 100m to the account with the non wiped computer but the same ip as the wiped account, both from the same account and then returned it two times so it went to the separate accounts then back to the test accounts. I left it over night and the account which was created on the wiped computer was wiped with 20mil whereas the account which was on a different computer was left intact. It seems the system is automated rather than jagex simply targeting certain sellers.
A lot of websites use this mainly with paypal and credit cards, if you have cancelled a payment normally your entire computer system will be blocked from accessing the payment option but if you hop onto a different computer under the same ip the account will be allowed to access the payment options.
Be careful trading gold especially from a computer which is linked to an account which was wiped.
I invite people to post their stories of how they were wiped it gives us all a better understanding of how they are finding out who is continuously rwting.
