Just bought and installed a new card reader into my computer.

I regret getting this reader but oh well.

There is two LED lights on the reader, one is red which instantly lit up when I plugged my computer back in, and the other is green which only lights up when I put a card in(this one is called 'activity', other is 'power').

I connected the SATA cable and the USB cables correctly and fully into the appropriate slots and when I turned my computer windows recognized it and was installing some stuff for it.

Now I have three extra removable drives (F, H, I are the drive letters) and when I click on each one of them it says 'please insert a disc into drive X'. Even when I have my SD Card in :(

Any suggestions :(

I would try updating the drivers if you want. I have a built in card reader on my comp and I almost always have problems with it. I would suggest maybe getting an external usb multi card reader.
