Multi Theft Auto is wayyyyy better! so many more servers and a much less buggy client. I play on the racing servers all day in class.

i was looking for a gta3 or vice city server as well, since they can be less laggy

I agree MTA is better but SAMP triples to quadruples their playerbase so I stick to SAMP

What racing servers do you race on in MTA ever tryed the DRuG server?

MTA easily has a bigger playerbase now, there are still servers running version 1.1, and 1.2, and 1.3 has tons of servers. I normally play on team neo, but occasionally im on HiVision

There is no way MTA's playerbase comes close to SA:MP

Do I need to find San Andreas for PC first?

yup you would install SA how you would normally CD or torrent… whatever then just grab SAmultiplayer mod from page and follow instructions… surprizingly I can run SA on my 3800

SA:MP and multi theft auto(MTA) are mods to GTA san Andreas. They have servers that people script for to add a different way to play the game basically. There are servers for RP, racing, just running around killing people, and probably a lot more things.

Yeah, like that, only it's for San Andreas. I'm not sure what MTA supports, and i never bothered to look at other versions like EFLC.

I used to play SA-MP, however quit/helding a break for now, also i used to own United City Gaming, however its been turned on hold ;)

It was a Roleplaying server btw, but i might end up going back to it as well, however right now my passion lays into learning about Java scripting, mostly for Runescape and then afterwards, SA-MP.
