Computer specs: C2D 1,6 ghz, 1gb ram, some shitty intregrated gpu.
Anyone has any suggestions how to make it a bit better so it wont lag like 5 fps?

Can you run the normal game full speed?
I used to have good old Celeron 2.8 GHz from like 2002 or 2003 and it ran rs and Fable alright, I had dedicated graphic card tho, not sure which one but it was only 256 MB and nothing too fancy. What OS are you using?
EDIT:
Just noticed you are using netbook, you probably have an Atom-like processor in there. There is not much that can be done. I usually over-clock my T101MT from 1.6 GHz to 2.1 GHz when I need CPU but I lose my wireless internet connection after 60 to 90 minutes. But as far as I know, you can only use it on Asus netvertibles as it exploits some Turbo feature in those systems.
I definitely recommend getting 2 GB Ram, the 1.6 GHz processors are not that bad but you do need to max out the Ram to 2 GB to get any kind of performance out of a netbook =/

I see, thats a full size laptop oh, I used to have T1540? dual core Pentium M running at 1.46 GHz per core was was good imo, I did have 2.5GB ram, try adding ram to your system.
You can play NFS full speed on a 945GM, I wouldnt blame the integrated graphics. I see nothing wrong with your system, I would use Java 6 since Java 7 is still not officially released.
There are a lot other factors like internet speed but the main problem as I see it atm is the 1GB ram being too few.

ok new problem… i uninstalled java 7 and using java 6 atm.
Now game fps drops after every 10 seconds to 1 FPS or just screen freezes and then goes back to normal after 4 secods or so. What is the eproblem?
