I have made an essence miner, it isn't the fastest thing in the world but it does the job, members only? or would nobody use it?

If you want major use of it, well than Public would be the best for the script :S

Can always throw it up in public for a while then move it to members later.

I think public would be good, there's a lot of demand on essence.

How do you handle the door? I have a perfect working one besides the stupid door (with out looking bot like).

oh yea I think you're fine sending it to public.. I mean essence is mass used anyway so.. wouldn't be too bad

It doesn't detect what is in the inventory, only how much is in it, so as long as colours of the mine are the same it shouldn't matter

There is definitely a lot of goldfarmers that I accidentally attracted from sythe here leeching on viillavu, which I apologize.

But just note that if it can be abused, its most likely will be.Until we get JR member back (which might calm it down a tinyyy bit, but better than nothing), guess just avoid posting money making script out there, just my drunken opinion.

Uhh, I recommend releasing it to the public but with a handicap. (Example move the banking function below where it gets called, so it can't get called) Call it anti-leech :P

If the prices really do drop, stop it and move it to members.

Yea he was one minute earlier :( Wanted to release it at 12AM but had to take user/pass out.
Reason for public: I want this to be leeched. Distracts people from going insane of seeing potential bots somewhere else. They'll know there are still bots and they are at the essence mine, not at the higher level regions.

Essence will plummet now, and so will all runes. Just watch. All the leechers here couldn't wait to get their hands on something remotely close to this, so they'll do just that, farm farm farm.

That's pretty contrary, could be the complete opposite if there was more demand in runes than essence, which there always is. People want runes not essence. Sooner or later it'll happen/would have happened. Not complaining, but it's simple logic.

Ok, we will see, I can always pull the plug on the script and then the people that know how to detect a few version checks can keep using it

I think everyone here overestimate's how many people use SRL scripts and how it would affect the economy.

You guys really think that pure essence, that 50M of it gets traded every day, is going to be affected by another 200k of it being mined everyday?
