Make a keepass container and store your password in that. It only changes once every half a year or something..

Database got leaked some time ago so if you use the same password as for your email, you're doodled.

You can't use the same password if its been used for the past 300 days or I would have just switched them between two.

I never had the problem when I was a junior member.
That being said, there is an option in the administrator control panel of most vBulletin forums of where you can select for a certain user to have their password expire after X amount of days, if I remember right.
