Im using this script: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=69574
I open it, click run and it says 'Compiled successfully' and then nothing happens.
What do i need to do to actually run the script?

Read the thread bro, on the OP is says SMART is disabled on the download, you will have to enable it by uncommenting one of the first few lines.
