Also, what ever happened to the idea of SRL scripters guild? Special cup for people who actively maintain a good script.

I think this is a great idea, we should also get the scriptmanager rolling….

I think it's a great idea. Would get people back into scripting :) People love cups. There would just have to be a group that would check the script to make sure it's up to date and working, so if it's left alone, they'd lose the cup.

Maybe the other SRL Scripters Guild members could do that?

Also there should be a time limit before the cup is removed, so that when runescape updates they have X days to update it (perhaps depending on the complexity of the scripts)

I'd like it if SSG members had their own sub-forum in "Runescape Scripts". This way, newcomers are directed towards that sub-forum instead of downloading a script from "First Scripts" or w/e

Simpler idea: Check the stats page and ensure it's still getting commits. That way it could even be an automated process.

I think this is a great idea, good incentive for people to get scripting again.

Not a bad idea! "Caution: Script might be outdated! There have been no commits to this script in 7 days…"
