hi don't understand try to start script and this shows MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix problem.

try to reinstall but still same

thanks for any help.

So how do I solve it:

Download MSVCR71.dll from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71. (It is free.)
Unzip…
Place MSVCR71.dll into C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Windows\SysWOW64
if you using a 64-bit Windows.
