I have a Script idea that i don't think has been made yet and will make large amounts of money with the proper levels. I would make this script myself but its to advanced for me. so If you are interested send me a private message.

If it works in SRL5, and does all the chests, it could be a leaked script. We need to know.

How do you know he "wrote" it? We're talking about the Sudoku solver, why would we be concerned about a different script? If it's leaked, then the person who sold it needs to go, therefore, we need to know what's going on. Understand?

They have a right to be curious sure, but he has more right to not give away anything if he wants. The sale was done off site (another forums, IRC etc…) and we don't even know if it works of SRL.

People outside of this community are allowed to make bots and sell them if they want, villavu doesn't have patents on botting.

Also following instructions blindly without questioning them is a detrimental way to go about life.

You're missing the point, the point is that it could be a leaked script from a higher board, and if so, we need to see who leaked it and take appropriate action.

I do understand that you guys have concerns about the authenticity of the script and its source. However, you are making statements which do not HAVE to make sence. There is nowhere stated this works on SRL (this was suggested by someone from SRL which has not seen the regarding script), furthermore is this a script which could be made by anyone. Why would a sudoku script HAVE TO BE from SRL MEMBERS (+), as this is obviously what you are referring too (By the way, I thought the scripts of srl members should have never been spoken about, but never-the-less). You have all the rights to be curious, however you guys are attacking this person, which has not done anything wrong! You guys cannot force him into doing anything he does not want. If you guys would have asked for it nicely, he might have given it. When you put yourself in his shoes for a minute; would you give up the source and maybe rat someone to people which are insulting you as an innocent person? Neither would I.

Guys, there is no need to be hostile. The sale has been made outside of the borders of SRL. There is nothing you can do about it if this person does not want to coörporate.

3. The version that might be leaked is made by Markus92, he guy is pretty fast with the banhammer. He is not going to be very happy when he sees these posts and doesn't get a straight answer.

You're attitude isn't really helping. This is not the way you are going to get to a solution for this "problem"…
Still my point stands, you guys have absolutely NO PROOF or whatsoever that this is a leaked script, even though the attitude of the person regarding is kind of negative. I do not see why he invoked this problem himself. All he did was say he had/bough a script that could make good money. Nowhere is stated that this is leaked or even from SRL.
Therefore it would make no sense to bann someone without proof. You can however still ban this person regarding without proof, just like any other person on this forum, if you have the urge to do so.

I do not get why you pointed point 5. out. Never have I stated I am pro-leaking or stating that leaking is okay to do. All I am saying is that more investigation is needed before taking actions. I am aware of copyrighted material etc. And I do hate leaking script, nevertheless my point still stands. I find it dissapointing that you act angry towards me, when I am only trying to help out and point out why this person may not want to give out his script.

I am not in this special section and have therefore not known about this sensitive matter. Ofcourse I can imagine your guys curiosity about the source. But you'd have to ask nicely for it. I'm not pointing fingers, that is why I am not naming people and talking about 'you guys'. But you'd have to agree with me that this thread has gone out of normal behaviour. Not neccesarely flaming, but the attitude you guys give eachother is not the nicest and in my opinion 'attacking'.

Still, no one who is Member+ attacked him until his (and other lower members) responses to us asking. And yes, this thread is getting out of control.

Could you please send me the script you bought, and link me to the guy who sold it to you? There's a really high chance that the script you bought came from a SRL Members+ section, and in that case, we would have a leak/plagiarizer, and he needs to be dealt with accordingly.

We must keep SRL strong, and we don't want any untrustworthy people/rule breakers in SRL, especially those who are high up in our society.

Some basic information about the script could easily tell us which one it is. Like its speed. Also isn't there legal issues when its GPL and you sell it? They could be sued for money made, plus fees, damages etc.

Well that version has nothing to do with SSRL one, it was developed from scratch. Probably all versions are going to be dealt with sooner than later.
