Well it should work if you click ok twice. Since this does not work for you, you will have to run MSI without form.

Just hit cancel instead and it will work just fine. We are looking into why this happens.

I had the same problem. I'm not 100% sure how i fix it, but you can try to go simba C:\Simba\Includes\MSI and delete file players.txt. Than run msi and try to run script without use of form (guide how to run without use of form: http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=57723). After that you can rune your script for few minutes, than you can stop it. Now rerun simba and try to use form. Idk if it will work for you, but it worked for me.
