Hey everyone, just thought id introduce myself to the community. I currently reside in Sydney, Australia and am 21 years old doing a BSci of IT + internship in Computer Science at University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Programming.
Just thought id give you a brief history of my RS adventures, botting and what my current plans are in terms of SIMBA.
Ive been playing RS since around 06, and have been on and off with high school friends. Howver in 08-09 i started to play more heavier but found myself with alot of time restriction due to uni, so i decided to bot 99 smith, mining and fishing using rsbots. After that I pretty much quit for the past 2 years however recently came back due to currently being on uni holidays.
Ive been secretly (call me a leach if u want) using and studying various public scripts on villavu in particularly Flights ZMI-Extreme and LividFarm scripts (http://stats.villavu.com/user/4469). I figured that it would be a good idea to learn the syntax and what not to familiarise myself with other scripting that I could possibly take into uni, so here I am. :)
I dont intend of making scripts that users want/demand, rather scripts that I need for my character (Runecrafting, firemaking, agility to name a few), which would be released to the public. My current project in SIMBA is this Astral Runecrafting script that took me the past 2 days to make(Created my own DTMs, ACA, failsafes, etc using FLights ZMI as a semiguide). Although my standards and code may not be upto what i want currently, the script earns around 19k xp per hour @ 82 rc.
