Requirements:
- 15 Mining
- 15 Dung.

What will this script do?
- It wil mine iron here:
- When inventory is full it will bank in resource dung at the deposit box.

Versions:
- v001: Release Downloads: 222 Times
- v002: Faster, improved and added multiplayer [Multiplayer untested]. Downloads: 210 Times
- v003: Standing at resource dung should be fixed. Downloads: 406 Times
- v004: Some tweaks, srl stats and price checking. Downloads: 515 Times
- v005: Failsafes, fixed banking, option to left or right click ore (when right click it will never att scropion). Downloads: 597 Times
- v006: Fixed some things.

Everything else is just repeated of what I have already pointed out. You need to work on your standards and add multiplayer. :) Once you do that, I'd like for you to apply to SRL members. I have a good feeling that you have a great shot at getting in, to be honest with you.

Great script though. It's awesome to see members contributing!

I had added the begin and end to add some fail safes in the next update.

RISK, that declare players wouldn't work, I think you forgot to take out all the Players [0] in the with..do, players isn't a property within players :P I think that using consts can be better to be honest. The efficiency change is so small, it makes no difference. I'll admit, I didn't know some of those standards

You got to replace a function higher up.

Cmon its not hard you have to cut the function Click object and paste earlier in the script so it is named before it is called in the script in other functions.

wow…wad coding style is used by simba? For c and c++, a function is declared right at the top, they are usually at the very bottom while a main function will run the sub functions

Another note is when it mined its last ore and then clicking another to get the message that the inv is full, if it cant see the mysterious entrance it will just like afk and dont do much at all. Your code isnt extremly complicated however and I hope I will learn something from it and maybe improve my own Fletching project im working on.

edit: If you think its clicking to slow etc its really easy to edit the wait('****') to a value that pleases yourself :p

You should read the rest of the thread, that is the "anti-leech" a measure put in to keep people from leeching this scripter's hard work

Cant get much more easy without giving it away (cant solve it for everyone because that would ruin the anti leech). You have to cut the function ClickObject and paste it above where it is called in the script so that it is named before it is called. This will get rid of the error.

I know I look like a leecher but I've been learning how to code in C++ and I'm just getting started, and I'm also VERY new to Simba I just ran across it since I couldnt learn java due to the reflection bots being down. I'd like help with the anti-leech I've read the thread and I've read the beginner scripting tutorials, I'm not looking for someone to give me the solution to the anti-leech just a better explanation of what I have to do and why that has to be done to make the script run. Appreciated.

When I cut the function I just cut the text right?

You cut the function (The text) and place the function at a different location for other functions to be able to 'Read' it.

That's as blunt as you can get without revealing the exact steps.

Hint: It is pasted above the other functions that call the ClickObject function.

Hmm, I've tried I placed it under constants, do I need to cut the entire function like ClickObject(<#>) or just ClickObject, sorry Im just really slow with this stuff. And thanks for the help.

I really hate looking like a complete leecher, thanks though! Now while the bots running I'm gonna read some more scripting tutorials, Im hoping to learn to use this coding language first before I begin with Java.

lol azule, i'm a C and C++ learner too, the way C works is different as in the structure, but for the coding, it's basic coding for all languages

the only problem that sometimes it walks to third rock and if it gets full inventory there then the dungeon entrance might be out of view so it just stands there looping, my suggestion is to change EnterResource function a little bit making it walk back toward the entrance, I have not fully tested it, it does left clicks fine, but in case there is a lvl 32 scorpion it should use right click

Nice new release, its a tad bit faster, the camera spinning works pretty nice, keep up the nice work!

Oh anti leech is not in new version.
Also one thing, the new version, when you erased pass to post script, you erased one of the apostophes so people will get syntax error thing. To save you from some people asking about it, just thought I would bring it up so you could fix it for them.

A little error I noticed, if when mining the rocks you get a gem before the ore, once a full invent it wont bank. It just keeps clicking on the deposit box and runs back outside to mine.

I got this then it logged out.

I suggest you guys to experiment with colors and tolerences that might work better if you have problems with missclicking etc

it's good idea to add some antiban procedures, not much, because mining demands constant focus on mining,

also some randomization of left and right clicks to entering and exiting dungeon and opening deposit box will be good

Occasionally will mislick and attack scorpions. Not a problem for me, but I wouldn't recommend using it on a level 3 skiller. Other than that, pretty much flawless. Actually much faster then I was expecting.

I used v001 for a couple hours a few nights ago and it worked great! Gave v002 a quick try yesterday and had no problems with it.

Been running it for about a half hour and it runs great.

Two ideas:
One, think there should be a little higher wait time between stoping the mining of rocks + going into the door. (I was at the far rock and right click'd the door twice since it hadn't reached it yet and does it constantly.)

Two, why not implement the mining of Mithrill/Adamant if people have the high enough mining level?


Edit#2: Found a bug.
Script got stuck in the resource dungeon. This happens when the script goes to click into the dungeon (and the inventory is full.) If it clicks the door once, and as walking to the door right clicks it again and the menu remains open while going into the dungeon, it will sit at the door constantly right clicking the door. As well, the script misclicked the king scorpion, but since auto retaliate was on it eventually killed it.

Dam I got reported twice today Im not gonna do this anymore lol. Alot of legit players use this spot.

I was botting this today and some legit players got mad, one returned with a clan flag thing and the bot would click on it thinking it was ore lol, Watch out for this guys, the bot will stand there for hours if you don't see to it in time.

it will hover over the lighter brown scorpion thinking its iron rock/ fix this plz, slows the script down a cool amount

So far I haven't had any trouble with it since I changed to slightly different colors.

EDIT: If anyone is interested in the colors that have worked for me thus far they are Acolor: 1712956 ~ Bcolor: 1185833.
(Note - these colors have worked well for me, I'm not certain how they will operate for anyone else.)

Your script is awesome, I was using the resource coal miner before this and its running so smoothly in comparison! Great job :D

Well, that's why i posted the disclaimer. They seemed to work fine for me, but I wasn't aware if they'd work for other people well or not. I might have to play around with the colors longer to get better ones, I didn't really give it too long. Sorry. Amazing script though, other than clicking scorpion occasionally it works perfectly.

U can't get the a color the scorpion doesn't have, scorpion HAS every color in him the iron rock has.

I use different colors for finding deposit box, however for different people colors might be different

I think it happens when it goes like this:

Inventory is full.
Right clicks on door, left clicks on enter.
Before it goes inside it right clicks again, but before it can left click it goes inside.
So it is inside but it is still trying to go inside.

I hope that helps, it could be as simple as just having a longer wait time between checking to see if it has gone inside?

I've had to change waiting time after entering resource dungeon, because I still had that standing still problem. Now it's perfect :)

Too bad that non-botters are still faster than me, so i need to jump on worlds where no one is minning.

What line number is it that you need to change the wait time? Sorry im still new to reading coding. Would it be line 322 for bank?

Cmon its not hard you have to cut the function Click object and paste earlier in the script so it is named before it is called in the script in other functions.

dunno if its possible but can it be added that if there is a legit player grabbing the ores that the script detects the player and logs ot and switches to a different world checks if there is a player mines if there isnt ?

Then you would spend more time relogging, than mining.

depends on the time your using the script + in members it isnt all that bad came across a few worlds where there was nobody

There's too many legit people. :(

Gets stuck looking for bank sometimes when camera is rotated south. plus there are too many legit players and might report you from this script.

To fix this you must use cut and paste. They are functions where by you take text from one place and move it to another. My idiot sister could fix this script.

Best mining script in this website that i've ever used!(shame that there are too many legit players in most worlds)

It still has the banking problem if it has a gem in the first slot before it gets iron, it just runs to the deposit box>ore and loops

2. Gets caught in a loop when banking (due to gem OR any other ore in first slot) or gets stuck in the resource dungeon without knowing what to do if it misses the step where it should click the deposit box.
3. When the script is facing South, it will sometimes try to mine the iron ores to the south. This looks really suspicious.
4. Doesn't always know when it has a full inventory until it tries to mine an ore while full.

One suggestion I have would be to add a failsafe to make sure you bank (do until loop, use prebuilt "DepositScreen" function) to help solve issue #2.

As for competing with humans, a script will never be able to beat the speed of a smart human, but this script does really damn well when I have the ores to myself. If you wanted to try to improve the speed, you could make the script locate and only watch the 3 rocks. That way, you could ignore scorpions and the issue where you mine the Southern iron rocks (issue #3). And then you could make the character move towards the next spawning rock if it sees that no iron is available at the moment. However, if this comes at a cost of slowing down the script, I'd say it is unnecessary.

Kickass script dude. Mining is slow no matter the method, but this script has been providing good xp and some decent money along with the training. Nice work!

I had this issue too. I noticed the red dot was pointing at a part of the floor that was about the same color as the top of the bank box. I switch from min detail to low and it worked fine after that.

Thanks for the script, i have been running it for a while. Gets good xp & money. It is reliable and not that many problems from what I have noticed. Although only minor con is that there is one scorpion in the vicinity of the iron ore has the same color and the character ends up attacking it. Other than that, this is an excellent script.

I imagine there is a way to move the mining site to the two iron ores to the south (the three next to the entrance are always packed) by changing the number in line 299. Any idea what they should be changed to?

sometimes while using the bot it will right click the deposit box but wont open the menu. other times after banking it finds the exit but doesnt click to go throught it. any idea how to fix this?

edit: Runs very well, can be a bit slow sometimes but am not complaining considering this has no anti-leech or anything. I recommend you babysit this, as this spot is VERY crowded and it's easy to get crashed by a human spam clicking the rocks (I actually had to do this myself to crash someone for a world, lol).

just a suggestion, due to so many people in this area, it be awesome to make an option where it only mines the 2 iron ores south-east of the 3 main ones.

For me the bot does one load of iron and sits in the resource dungeon and doesnt bank.

You'd be surprised how many people actually do right click everything.

What would be an advised combat level that way you are not always attacked by the scorpions?

it works good but to much right clicking on rocks take that out it makes it trip just make it click the rock!!

THe only problem i found, Idk if its my end your Script , but if it turns the camera to go into the Dung or whilst in there it will bank, leave and Just stand there or spazz out, but apart from that, great Script :)

Sorry I was wrong at first. This is caused when your inventory is full and it changes the compass direction where it can find the dungeon entrance. I am looking for a way to remedy this.

i think issue is that you need to make the compass face back the way it was before it ran the failsafe (turning the screen to find the entrance is a failsafe am I right?)

Only ~110k GP/hour with current ore prices.

The script gets the player stuck after exiting the bank deposit resource dungeon every second trip.

I discovered that it works like this:
If the blackscreen on minimap is bigger or equal then 35% start rotation.
But i can't find where it is identified. Or the original is.

There is an Anti-Leech measure. You need to solve it. Read a basic tutorial, and you will be able to solve it.

It doesn't deposit the ores

it works like a charm. only fail i've got is when i want to go to bank, it keeps on right clicking on the door and doesnd select 'enter' or something. (only in the first trip(s))
and somethimes it kills a scorpion

i was using this script and if there is a scropion right out side of the dungeon it will automatically attack it,
could you try and fix that or is it just a once in a time thing

Umm…for some reason the script decides to shit itself in the dung resource. As soon as it enters the dungeon, it says "Cannot Find Location" - "Logging out"
This is quite annoying, seeing as it can never get past 1 hour without quitting on itself.

Thanks for the script it's really good.
The only problem that the script has is that it only runs for like 1 hr max and then shuts off or it get stuck in the resource dungeon.

It examines the scorpions over and over until it moves away from the iron.
Why? Wouldn't constantly examining them make it look more bot-like?

Btw it works great except for that.

I tested your bot out, and it does one load and then during the load it clicks on the two iron ores which are further away from the resource dungeon, and then it gets stuck there and cannot navigate its way back. I know you know about it attacking the king scorpions, but I just noticed it does this a lot. I'd have to say keep up the good work, and if you can fix these errors I'd rate it a 10/10

I haven't encountered any of the errors above but script keeps stopping and I get message "Script stopped got our ores we needed to mine or logged out.". I think it just gets stuck mining the iron and times out but I haven't caught it doing it yet.

i don't know if this has been mentioned but it hovers over the "king scorpion" a lot reducing a lot in-between mining ore time.

at 120 ores it didnt deposit kept trying to leave dungeon then walked back in

It is an amazing Script, I find it simply wonderful, but i have noticed that it sometimes gets stuck inside the mysterious door right next to it trying to click out while still having a full inventory of iron, could that be because of my computer lagging or the script has a tiny flaw in that section?

It does that because scorpions have the same colour as the iron veins. It then clicks to examine because the script searches for "ine" (the intention is that it will click to Mine). Change "ine" to something else like "cks", and it will stop clicking examine – it will just move the mouse away.

its possible to have the pickaxe in inv? or it banks evrything in the box? cuz dont have the right level to wear my pickaxe ^^

Do you think you could modify this quickly to mine coal / iron in the resource dungeon, the iron spot outside the dungeon is pretty bad if there's any other players in the area.

It mines a few ores then just sits there. But when it does mine it, it moves to the other ore reeeeaaally slow.

dude this is amazing, you should also recommend at least 65 combat because the king scorpions are aggressive and can become quite annoying at times :P

EDIT: Nevermind its getting stuck while banking, it hovers over the entrance to the mine with a full inv and logss out

This happened about about half way through the 3rd load. is there an anti leech or is it just a bug that happens occasionaly? Just curious is all. I am trying to learn this stuff as much as I can. If its an anti leech i will try my best to find it.

Because that happens, it never gets the ore prices and the script never starts. Saw someone else had the same issue, said something about disabling it in the main loop. How would I do that?

Use ClickNorth(0) before finding the door.

That was me. Find the function GetGEOre in the mainloop (the final begin..end.) and add two slashes // before it.

You're problem is a result of this script being outdated and needs to be updated.

With the writer of this script inactive, don't get your hopes up on this being fixed anytime soon.
