How to deal with this?

I was requested by a certain junior member to leak Flight's nature crafter to them, what do I do? Do I simply say no? Do I report them to a staff member?
They're my friend for about a year and a half now, but I won't betray SRL like that.

What do I do and what would you do?

Thanks.

tell them no, if they are my friend they would not have asked me in the first place

Yeah… I agree with Bob, if they're a so called friend they wouldn't have put you in that position. The script is intended for people who have gained the right to use it. It's nothing fancy and I don't ask anything in return, I only want to keep it as a reward for those who have honestly earned their ranks.

You did the right thing about reporting it here, RISK. I tip my hat to you. :)

Honestly man.. the huge influx of members is actually starting to scare me and I hope none of the new ones don't dare leaking out anything from inside Members. That is why we are Members, so we have things others don't. We're able to actually keep it down and not abuse the shit out of it, seeing as most of us are adults or, adults in the making and are here for personal experience/gain, not gold-farming manners (I hope that nobody decideds to learn how to script in order to only get in here -___- that's pathetic)

This is why most of my scripts are on request (to have it), some of the ones I have could be BAD in the wrong hands. (leaked in any way, hacked etc.)

Most have the initial reason to start is to get member scripts, but then learn later its better if you just make your own script majority of the time ha.

Which is why, I find zero tolerance for anyone who is asking for a leak or anything of that sort… I guess the report button shall suffice for now?

Report the PM and let the mods deal with it ;)

If you just tell them it's not gonna happen, they'll just ask someone else

Thanks, everyone. :x

I'd report it, but it was an MSN chat. So I'm not sure if that would fly or not, heh.

I see.. Well, you could send a copy of the chat logs on a PM to a mod, too :)
