I've been around here for a month or 2-3… Registered just pre-botnuke, didn't do anything with my account untill i got bored of legitting.
So around a month back or so i came here, mostly for Flights' ZMI-Extreme and Nathans planker, while i was learning for my tests. Tried to help with some bugs, without scripting knowledge (and, being a noob, its impossible to reads Flights code :D)
After tomorrows' test i'm probably having a lot more time on my hands, which is the reason why im introducing myself now.
I've decided to create a script for myself, but becouse of tests i haven't had time for that yet. With little scripting knowledge it will take a while… But i'm in for a challenge!
My idea is to create a SimbainDiverse (RiDiverse sucks) using no color, but pixellocations in bank/invo/mage tab (as everything is aligned in a grid). Might add color as a check later on. I guess i won't need it for the initial versions. So, after i've learned the basics im going to start off. I'm planning on building up the script like this:
First:
-Longbow (u) fletcher
-Stringer of longbow (u)
-Paint/antiban etc.
That should give me the basics of handling bank and inventory options. (basic loop)
next up are:
-Somehow a withdraw x,all code from any given bank spot
-Use item1 on item2
- deposit slot (all) and so on, idunno how that should be done yet.
and so on.
After that i'll add magic options (alch, enchant, plank make, humidify, etc etc etc.).
and as last ima add a (color based?) GUI for players to enter: withdraw (x) from bank tab (x) spot (x) and do (x) etc etc etc.
For that ill have to somehow get a grid of the bank, inventory and magic tab. Guess they are around already, just need to search, i ain't that far yet..
If you ask why i'm trying to get this done without colour: jagex can change whatever they want, but this should work nonetheless.
RiD works with grabbing the colors out off the game at startup, i hope i don't need to use that, would be hard as hell.
