I'm born and bred in Britain, parents were not and are also British citizens, my father is a Cardiothoracic surgeon and probably pays more tax in 5-10 years than most brits in a lifetime! Not to mention when he came over Cardiothoracic surgeons were in great demand in the UK as there weren't enough quality surgeons to cover all the senior posts (as the field is the pinnacle of surgery). So explain to me why immigration is such a bad thing?
