Hey Guys,

I'm rather new here and trying to set up my VM for simba. Ive been getting the MSVCR.71 error for a while now. I did some searching and found that the solution would be to copy the MSVCR71.dll from my java bin to my simba plugin folder. That didn't work. I also see that downloading the C++ Redis. can solve it. Does anyone know why I continue to get this error even though I have added it.

O.T. I can't even start MSI. I used to be able to about two weeks ago but now it says im missing the SPS32 is not found. I have everything updated and am unsure of why im getting these errors.

Please don't say use the search button, as I have been for the past 45 minutes.

Where can I find my Sys32 folder? If you could do teamviewer that would be nice!
