When i run MSI Smart window does not open?

Hi
When i run MSI the smart window does not open??
This is what happens (no errors or anything?)

Any ideas?

Sometimes it takes a minute. Did you try leaving it?

Right click simba, Run as Administrator.
And yes sometimes it takes a sec.

bump. i'm having the exact same problem. running as admin. isn't helping
