Before anybody gets the wrong idea, I am not quitting SRL/I will still make my mediocre scripts too :P
A few weeks ago I realized I really don't find runescape "fun" anymore, it is much more fun to make a script than it is to actually play.
Don't really know why I am posting this, but I decided I would share. I know a lot of members here don't actually play the game either; add another to the list :).
Anybody else in this sort of situation?

Honestly, I still find runescape just as enjoyable as ever. SRL allows me to get rid of the grinding aspect of the game which, in my opinion, is the worst part about it.

Something about runescape just made it lose the appeal, but making scripts for new accounts etc. Is still fun.
I just don't think my main will be touched for many months, and maxed pures will sit and collect dust as well. New pures though will be simbafied :P
Also Rs2006, I highly doubt it will be released. The creator is the same guy who made rs2007, which never got released.

Hey,
I know excactly what you feel right now, I share what you do and say go for it! In the end you will realize that you have so much more time for everything else and the fact that you keep on scripting… That's the attitude, sir! Have fun scripting and know that many of us have chosen the same path… ;)

I am also getting bored with RuneScape.I stopped playing for a few days but that because of my PC problem.
Also don't know why ive stop playing RuneScape but I think that things are getting easier.
Also I might return to the game after in few weeks when I Finish my exams.

Already gave away a majority of it, I sold the rest bought a few rares.
The pures I lended to friends, I only have a staker and my main left which I don't plan on lending.
