Cutting Arctic Pines on the island of Neitiznot can yield upwards of 80,000 - 110,000 experience per hour as well as an additional 30,000 Firemaking experience an hour if using an Inferno Adze.
The Fremennik Isles quest must be completed to access this training method.
A few training methods include:
Splitting the Arctic Pine Logs - Fast
Dropping the Arctic Pine Logs - most efficiently via Mouse Keys - Faster
Low Alchemising the Arctic Pine Logs - Fastest
Juju potion, urn and familiar (Beaver) support would be fantastic (boosting experience rates by over 20%).
