Best way to find net traps?

What would be the best method to identify net traps, if you're also allowed to rotate the camera once in a while? (We can assume that there's no need to worry about a trap belonging to another player)

Do you just go for color and reading uptext? Would Jagex suspect anything if you kept moving your mouse between those different net traps to see the uptexts if something is caught?

How about identifying something on the minimap when we're at all sorts of directions, like south once time, south west another?

Maybe try TPA's or DTM for my Red chin I used DTM's which worked well.

(And on the note other people's traps you can read the text in the chat box so it could be like
If InChat('belong')then
or something like that)

A DTM rotated might work, aswell as possibly 2 TPA's of different colors, then if the distance between the TPA is a small amount, the trap is activated, etc.

Ah that's a good suggestion. I'm still learning about all the new methods used for identifying stuff, like DTMs and TPAs. I think I'll go with the TPA route. It's pretty nice how much you can actually bot on Runescape using color only. As some of you said, unless Runescape is for blind people it will always be bot-able. Runescape can't stop botting lol, since you have to send and show shit to people's clients.
