I keep getting this error when trying to run script

Run RS in your browser first, and set the correct graphic settings before trying to use SMART.

Well I did it ,now its not even loading for me, and if so then character moves slowly

What you're going to want to do is run runescape either in the runescape client of in your web browser, while runescape is loading hold down the 'S' button which will enable 'safe mode' after doing undeclared SMART (anything that says smart at the very top in red go ahead and put a "//" right next to it so it makes it blue) and let the simba run off the client in your browser/rs client as in enable a script and let it run. After that declare smart and you're good to go.
