Hello, just stopping by to say I tried Simba and the scripts along with it. Very impressed with the program but pretty upset with the overall outcome. I botted for a few hours a day (1-3) for the past 3 days on a new toon. Only using the East Varrock Miner. I did play some however on this toon to get higher attack for a better pickaxe otherwise just the small amount of botting. I go to log on to it today and I am banned. Didn't last very long at all

Hey, welcome! I highly doubt this was due to Simba or the scripts here. Have you autoed on that account before you started using Simba?

No. I made this account brand new specifically for Simba.

and where were you when this bot was going. often times if you leave, you may come back and find out that ppl reported you for botting because you dont respond/looked like a bot. by having this happen simply means you are not botting smartly (which this forum condones).

many people use the script, so i doubt the script itself was detected by jagex (or else everyone else would get banned also) .

I was about cb lvl 30. I watched my bot 90% of the time. I keep public chat off and private chat on friends though. Well, you say that many people use the script so that could also be a large part of the problem. It's easier to notice more than one person doing the same thing.

I think people reported you for botting, I've personally used it to level up my miner account to 60+ and it's not banned.

I'm not trying to dog the program, infact, I think it's pretty great I've just had a setback. I'm considering trying again I just wanted to see the communities thoughts on this occurrence. The only questions I really have are will my main be safe if I continue to try botting? As in, I never bot/botted on my main, if I bot another new toon will my main be safe? Also, are there certain scripts that I may want to avoid? I can try to be more public friendly I guess but I generally play runescape in this manner. Public off, private friends/off.

Well the thing is if you bot there are ALWAYS chances of a ban. period :( I've personally botted on my main, and many other accounts for a few years now, and never have gotten a ban. typically jagex doesn't ban ur main if you bot on alts. and scripts to avoid… umm any hotspot bans, like range guild.

Yeah, I understand that I just want to avoid my main getting any trouble. Alts can be banned and that doesn't really bother me. Thanks for the advice. I think I'm going to use a vpn and try another bot. Wish me luck

It has yet to be banned (Some of the scripts I used are VERY easy to detect and even those have not cause me a ban)
