Well, we all have one thing that bothers us most on SRL, so I though I'd make a share thread. We'll all post what bothers us most.

TBH nothing really bothers me on SRL.. I can get into a few arguments here and there and that's fine but at the end of the day, they don't bother me really..

I do have to say one thing is annoying though.. when I answer one thread and then refresh and see three more with the exact same question as the one I just answered like 3 seconds ago.. It's not really a big deal though because I choose to answer them as I have nothing else to do. But it does cloud up the forums which already need a big clean up! Especially from the new members..

I think someone should actually make a guide on how to upgrade scripts to SRL-5 as that seems to be the question asked the MOST! Same with how to update simba manually. I guess not really a guide but a sticky or something.. Or a guid eon how to USE the search bar because that happens to be the hardest thing for the new guys..

The fact that I know nothing about scripting really so its hard for me :p

Yeah, it bothers me too. But I just ask other members of the community to fix it, #1 reccomended is YoHoJo.

Well, we all know that without those people, there won't be much to talk about. And I think that people complain about scripts and their lack of, are contributing constructive critism, which help scripters develope the script and their scripting knowledge. :f:

That is one of the only things that REALLY bother me; Honestly don't complain about a script not working because you are not intelligent enough to fill in a damn form. I really dislike when they call the scripter a fag/retard/dumbass for making the script that works for EVERYONE else but them.

If you don't like the script BUILD ONE YOURSELF; It is just a general dislike towards people who leach from the community and expect things to be handed to them on a silver platter.

Not complaining about my own scripts I know they can be improved and they will be in due time; but I am complaining about scripts that are near perfect like Narcle's fighter.

People do work on randoms? They usually work fairly well for me, and you don't get them often enough to not be able to bot at all…

Yeah, when you see a thread with 100 views but only 10 replies, it really gets to me!

A lack of direction for new members trying to learn. While there are some good guides on these forums, I believe there is some subjects missing, or at least not obviously available. I think a good, chronological set of guides for learning to be a member of this community would help immensely. If I ever get to the point where I am good at scripting, this is what I want to do to contribute.
