Would be pretty tough to make a script for WoW as you can see it looks a lot more complex and detailed than runescape.
I thought WoW bots already exist? I'm sure they do a lot better job than we could. They probably use some kind of reflection/injection.

Blizzard seems to like bots; meaning they won't get rid of them with mass banning.
