seriously this is a known issue.. either the symbol is being covered by too many dots or i am just too lazy to map out the perimeters of the white lines on mm

Easiest to "Hardest":
SPS,
Count the unique(Are there any unique colors on the mini-map in relation to the bank?) colors,
Create a box out of the white out line of the bank and do a color check for the floor color within the box you create.

how can i create a box that will just snap on to the size of the bank?

I use the last method of finding banks/buildings mentioned by RISK in my AK smelter. I've also used the bankers on the minimap to locate the bank (none in current scripts atm). If there's a series of them its easy to distinguish this from the rest of the npcs on the minimap.

I used to make a DTM of the yellow banker dots.
