Just go train on a monster that drops decent. Maybe hill giants? And cast a spell that uses barely any runes, let your staff take care of the runes you use.

The cheapest way is to use gatestone.. it's free -___- gets like 35k-60k xp an hr.. There is a script around here somewhere that does gatestoning for u.

Cursing is fairly cheap but it takes a while past level 50 or so.
