I was testing a script and when I came back, I saw from chat log that no less than 3-4 legits have reported my char for botting :D It was a lv3 account (yea, 0xp gained actually, didn't bother to level up a bit before testing it, my bad)
I kind of believe that I'm toasted, but what should I do exactly? I just added the recovery questions back so that it looks not as bad… Should I transfer my gains to another account? And is that safe to do so? Or should I hopefully gain a few levels and do some stuff legit?

Just bad luck. Someone was prob like "look look a bot!" like your a wild animal so you were reported to the rangers.

Just to be safe keep your lump sum on a mule(another apparently :P ) and continue to do what you do. I have been reported maybe 50 times now and I have gotten to 134 cmb etc no worries.

Go use a rat killer script. Get some combat levels. Also, talk every once in a while. I talk at least once a day on my bots. Usually to argue with people about not being a bot lol.

If you have several botted accounts and a high level account and they're all linked to the same ip address, they ban them all. Had a friend who had it done to him.

Not confirmed. I know a player mod his botting account was caught he ddin't even get warning on his main.

Momotron that used to happen a lot more frequently (called IP banning) but Jagex decided it was not worth the hassle. They will do an IP sweep but only if they realize there are over 100 accounts/registered to the IP. etc. This happens to massive gold farming companies (as Jagex stated when they banned "1000's" of accounts).
I have been reported countless times, I am a level 138.

Most people can just change their ip in 30 minutes tops. IP bans are the absolute most pointless shitty way to ban someone ever. The only thing they are good for is grabbing the accounts associated with them then banning those accounts.

I have checked up on my bot when people were saying like "hey look a bot!" and luckily responded making it seem as if I am not infact a bot. I cant even begin to imagine how many times I havn't been there to say something though.

It happens. :P Happened to me a lot of times, but I usually in most cases am there when someone says something.

Yeah I'm starting to get the feel of it, when I was messing around at Edgeville man killing and someone asked me if I was a bot after I beat him clicking the man consecutively for 3 times :D
