Welcome, the simple answer to that question is learn to script.
Script, script and script some more until you're confident with your abilities then submit a good RuneScape script with a member application. Also I assume being active on the forums will help with your application being accepted.

Hello, and welcome to SRL!
To become an SRL Member you need to write a script that shows you have an understanding of SRL knowledge. Then you apply with that.
I suggest you watch some of "YoHoJo's" tutorials if you're just a beginner, they have taught me a lot and hopefully I will get accepted for SRL Members soon. :D

Hey there and welcome!
To learn scripting I will give you couple good tips.
First go check some tutorials at Tutorial Island Section, secondly look for other peoples scripts how they do it. That is how I learned long time ago :)
