I logged out of Runescape standing at the docks then when i tried to run the bot it ran straight to Stiles and tried to exchange even though there was no fish and since there was nothing to exchange it got stuck in a never ending loop.

Just start the script at Stiles. But it works for me even when I start at the fishing location. What are you trying to fish?
Edit: Just saw your other thread, I guess you just need to have a cage not in your toolbelt.

Nevermind I found out the problem.. you have to have the required tool in your inventory. It doesn't work just having the tool in your toolbelt. I went to port sarim and bought another cage and tried it again and it worked just fine.
