I feel like he's immature, and has the wrong attitude sometimes. Not all the time, but sometimes. He does do some work, and has contributed a lot in the past.

I know I'm rather new to SSRL, but I feel the same way. He's much better than he was, but he is still very immature. When he flames, he flames hard. He changes too much for me to be able to see his personality.
I don't think he's ready yet.
