Um why wouldn't it?
Get/Buy the VPS, and give it a try?
Aren't VPS just like any other computer that you have remote access too?
Running just 1 should not slow down computer though.

Man you can do this, but when you get to minigames you have to complete them manually.

I've been meaning to make a thread about this but I figure since someone already brought it up I would ask here. Erm..what exactly is a VPS? I know it stands for Virtual Private Server, but that's it. What would be the benefits, disadvantages of using a bot on one, and how would one go about starting this?

It's like another computer, that doesn't "technically" exist. You can gain access by using RDP (for Windows), and you can do whatever you want with it basically.

Imagine this, it's your computer that's always on 99.99% of the time. You just have to buy it from a company, a simple one won't cost you more than $20/month.

I saw a thread somewhere around here about downloading a Tortoise VPS for free. Is that recommended? Or are free VPS's crappy like free VPN's? i. e. they sell your information to pay for their expenses.

I have no clue, I'd rather RDP into a box, but that's just how I'm use to doing it.

Best times to buy rs VPS' as lots of people have stopped using it because the reflection boys are down. Not sure but prices should be lower? like for about $150/yr you can get 8GB ram server which is good price ( last time I checked) also Most simba every took for me was 450mb so that means you can atleast run 18accs (Max with slight lag) or 15(less/no Lag) all you need is a good script to make money :D

More on vps'; there are vps providers who specialise in vps' for bots so all you have to do is ask there customer service if they'd install simba for you or if it's compatible then you buy an set up all the accounts and roll in the money. Last thing is that least amount of ram which simba took was 225MB (aprox. 250MB) so maybe even a 1GB ram server may be good to use for 1-2 accounts depending on the largeness of the processing power needed like eg. fighting script would take more processing power then mine1drop miner in theory.

Yes it will work, it just takes some extra setting up to do. I can help you with that if you need.

I know this old, so sorry - but wanted to respond to this since it's been highly requested over the past month or so: VPSInfinity.com now supports SIMBA :)
