SRL Archive - MSI Bugs

After I run MSI it says,"this application cannot start because MSV100CR.dll was not found. Re-installing this application might fix it."

I re installed the whole thing multiple times and the error still comes up.

You got an error nobody has ever heard of, searching would not answer your problem at all.

You might as well leave here forever because that error is so profound you deserve a prize for finding it.
