Hey guys, with lots of AMAZING webdev help from Kyle Undefined, I have launched a membership selling website from which I will be trying to sell membership from!

Hopefully this 'little business' will gain lots of good reputation and popularity, it would be really cool to make a few extra bucks off of selling membership to all people who wish to buy it! I'm pretty excited and hope it goes really well over time!

For those of you who have purchased from me before (or if you just want to vouch that I'm legit :p) could you all please visit the website and post a nice snippit in the little Facebook Add New Comment box in the 'Customer Feedback' section?
It would really mean a lot to start out with a nice handful of vouches from you guys!

Please don't put anything about 'YoHoJo' and definitely nothing about Simba/SRL/Villavu there as they are not related and might get them in troubles!
I would like the site to be completely independent from 'YoHoJo' and just be seen as a business type thing.

Also if you have ANY suggestions at all for the website, layout, procedures, tips, etc I would LOVE to hear from you, so please post anything below!

For those who still wish to/continue to buy from me, no need to use the website, simply just post in my thread like you always have done and I'll get you (and you'll get priority!).

I like the site and the idea, but I don't really like the facebook thing. An alternative could be a user feedback where it shows user/guest (with alias) 's comments?

Looks great. I wouldn't suggest using facebook for feedback though. Not only do some people not want to use facebook for… things like this, but some people log in *with* their facebook login.

Also, I'd change the font color. Or atleast the color for paragraphs. Something which contrasts more.

I'll vouch here.. As I only know him as Yohojo so I dunno what to say over there and don't wanna get him in trouble..

Went like this:
Pm'd him asking about the 55m for 6 months in his sig.. I was not a Jr member yet so he contacted me via PM since I could not see his thread.. Got on MSN, sparked up a nice convo.

I got 55m with his name on it on my account, met with him in a chosen world at ge in a spot we chose.. Of course played it off nicely.
Gave him 55m cash.
MSN'd him the username and password..
He was a bit nervous wondering if the payment went through or if he double paid LOL. Because that day RS was LAGGY as hell!!
Took a little over 5 minutes for it to go through due to lag during that time he offered either to hold it for me or to give me the 55m if it didn't go through in the next 60 seconds as he was tired and was willing to try another day.

Bam it went through and yeah members expires 6.5 months from now and I got my IceMask :D

If it's FB (which almost all people have anyways) seems more real, since who the hell would go through trouble of making multiple FBs just to feedback?!

As for feedback on your Website's layout.. The font is nice/colours are nice but the purple writing needs to go! Where it says: They can be found here.. the HERE is hard to see as well as the Contact Us email is pretty difficult due to the shadows..

Other than that, Nice use of CSS, Iframes and Javascript.

That does make a lot of sense - there are many times where I've seen feedback pages and assumed it was a scam. And with something like this, the odds of scam sites are wayyy higher, so people will be more suspicious.


I hate to suggest it, but maybe two? Make a small, nondescript button that says "Post feedback anonymously" ("No facebook?"), and would make a form appear for a handmade system. Include a captcha, of course, and whatever else.

@Nick yeah see :p just want it all to seem like real vouches. I can try getting something like that done though.

@ggzz Just say you bought a 6 month PIN before from THE SITE and copy/paste whatever else you said in the post. Just adjust it to seem as if you bought from the site is all. (If you wish to 'lie' like that.

I can see where the purple is hard to read, just using the color scheme YoHoJo gave me :p I think I'll do a light gray, or an off white.

Also, I could implement DISQUS into there as well. So there can be several avenues to leave feedback. DISQUS lets you do comments without having to identify who you are.

Yeah I agree with everyone about the facebook thing, I just wanted it becasue it's something most people have, and kind of more legitimate seeming than just a bunch of random text comments which could be faked.
I'd like to see/check that out Kyle.

Just updated the purple color, it's easier to read now. Also, http://disqus.com/. You can login with Facebook/Twitter/etc if you wanted to.

I'm thinking body text that color, and links a lightish blue? It's you're choice of course, I'm merely offering suggestions.

Disqus looks pretty cool too. I'm assuming you'd use the real-time comment system to manage feedback. Which should work well - dunno if you want people replying and stuff. But there doesn't seem to be much harm.

I just posted before the change with facebook. :(
But I'm having problems leaving comments being a guest? :s Keeps saying System Error about 2 minutes after I click comment or whatever.

Good luck with it, usually once a website gains even a little popularity people are more comfortable buying off there than individuals on Sythe :)

Yeah that was kind of my goal. Website seems a bit more trustable safe for some reason.

Also it's really REALLY hard to get known and a good reputation and ALL of the other black markets. So I thought screw that, I'll just have a site made where all of my feedback can be seen at one place.

Meh I like the color scheme of it myself, I enjoy it.

Not really sure how I'd like to advertise it, seems odd for the creator to advertise own site, I'd rather someone else make a thread says 'Who's tried this website?!' and then everyone jumps on or something… Not sure how I could go about advertising it at like Sythe, MMOExchange, and RuneMart, etc any ideas on a fair, non-rule breaking, mature looking way to do it?

Pushing my own product may seem a bit eh. Especially since I ask them to go first, I do have (and am getting more) good feedback on the page though thanks to you all!

For the DISQUS thing.. When commenting, it asks for email.. when typing it in, it looks like HotmaLL instead of hotmail Can't tell difference between the I and the L so I backspaced like 3 times lol.

Please change the teal on grey, it is very hard to see. Lighten up the colour a bit please.

Just add some advertisement to your signature. Something along the lines of "Buy some cheap Membership here!." Make it stand out, possibly with an image, to attract more people to click on it. Also have some occasional holiday(Christmas) sales to attract more attention.

I've made a thread at RuneMart, MMOExchange doesn't allow advertising of any kind, and I'll make a thread at Sythe once I'm unbanned, anyone know of other websites and just ways in general to get my popularity up?

You could try advertising at powerbot if it's allowed. There's always tons of people online.

They've got a Market section, so yes. You'll just need to look around.

Really nice domain. The design is . .:( tho.
I'd suggest something really simple without a need to scroll, whiteish, professional looking.

Awesome you've got this website now, I'll definitely recommend. I don't really like the colour scheme, the teal with the weird shadowing looks awkward IMO. However I do like the sorta wood texture look you have going on for the back background.

I would use a whiter font. That color is awful. Otherwise the site looks good :)

If I were you, I would honestly consider using Wordpress.

I'd say just a white text instead, and you're set. And, no, to the WP idea.

lol I'm WP4life foo. That way you can easily switch around your color layout (and with the right theme) your content very easily to figure out what works.

You can easily switch colors through CSS, no need to install a blog system for a one page thing. Also, WP sucks with custom code.

What are you guys using to manage the site/create it? Wordpress… Joomla, Drupal.. etc?

All custom code :p I want to build an Admin console for him, so he can update a few things and not have to rely on me.

Oooo nice. Guess in the end it is a lot easier to hardcode it when you know exactly what you want and won't be making many changes to it later on. Best of luck to you guys, I see it being a major success since there's not many other websites like it. All it really needs is a professional skin(in my opinion) and you guys are set.
