Some junior members will get it depending on other factors but yes generally only members+ get cups. (Exception: Donators Cup)

What are the req's for junior member status? have I not hit those yet lol? Also when can I get my KBD title?

You have to reach the 300 posts plus being registered user for 6 months, at minimum.

I believe you must be in SRL for at least 2 years.
