So I figured we might as well organize information on these bots. Here are a few things I have learned.
They seem to have 98% looting accuracy and the ability to detect items not on their screen. How do I know? Due to the 'new' rules in the wilderness items that are tradeable when dropped appear instantly. Go to the out edges of the area and drop some dragon bones. Give the bot a few seconds and you will see all of them swarm to your location no matter where they are.
You can use this to lure them deeper into the dungeon if your level is slightly off compared to theirs or if you plan to ambush them with out the issue of dragons and other pkers.
They are obviously the generic gold farming bots. It also seems that they go to the other rs dungeon accessed by the cracks around the wilderness.
You can also confuse these bots. If pking them in a group, have a team mate drops bones on one end of the dungeon while you are in between the drop spot and the bot. Then attack, they will get confused 99% of the time if your attacks are fast enough and will attempt to run to the loot but run towards you because of auto-retaliate. Also if you are strong enough and hit hard enough they will go into *panic mode* and spam eat their food, once at a safe range then continue to go after dragons which allows you to kill em easier because they get confused again.
They loot rune daggers, nature runes, law runes, dragon bones, dragon hides. Knowing this you can easily kill a dragon and use the items it drops to lure em.
Apparently I have read also that they will sometimes misclick and skull on you by wearing green d'hide or standing on the drops*unconfirmed for me*
So what types of bots are these? OpenGL?
This might see like a waste of time(pretty sure it is) but it can be well worth it if you are at a good level and want to farm dragon bones off these chewbs fast. Please post with any more information that can help us use these bots to our advantage or figure out how they are accessing the game.

They pick up items that can't be on their mainscreen in any way. (When I pick up they immediately stop so they are not just walking)
