Script manager o.o
Something similar to "RsBuddies" script manager?

Nope, 0.99 is to be released soon, and the simba-next branch will have the script-manager merged.

what would the script manager enable us to do ?

Browse for and download scripts in Simba.
Use as a script library (similar to how you would use iTunes).
Automatically updates outdated scripts.
