but is it really good to limit useful scripts for new members or people who havent learned to script yet?

I'm making scripts for the Public Use I don't care if some people don't like it and Prices Crash I like scripting and will keep doing it and releasing them to the public.

They declined his SRL member app, why would he not release his script he took time and effort to make for people to use?

He can release it if he wants to. Even if he releases it he can use it on his app. Releasing a script doesn't mean you cant use on app. I released my script and still use on my app.

I can't really do anything on that?
What was it doing etc.

I am using

UsePouches = ('No')

It works fine until the player crafts the astrals, it then looks at the magic screen and shuts down. and then says

The following bitmaps were not freed (8)

This happens right after the crafting process.

You see if everbody had the attitude that they shouldn't release any script 'cause it might lower prices - then there'd be no good scripts on SRL. There are PLENTY of methods to earn GP in RS so really, if you safeguard all your scripts for fear of prices falling, you're just trying to justify your own selfishness tbh.

If it ever did get to the point where say Astrals were crashing hard, simple solution of not updating the script will rectify the problem in no time. It's not the end of the world. Sorry for the rant, just getting bored of people crying about this. I'll test out your script shortly.. and thanks again for such a great release. :)

I'm not sure what that is. I've just tried my no Pouches and it works fine.

Ah, I understand.

I was expecting it to hometeleport to restart the process, but you are using the moonclan teleport which requires an earth staff.

That explains the required law runes.

I apologize for my foolishness.

Ow… I could maybe add support which allows you to choose.. Maybe.

Hey, is this rune pouch repair spell included? It's faster then contact spell and takes less time, it only takes 1 click on the spell and 1 click on the pouch + the spell also increases the durability of the pouch by 500%.

When I run the script it does this exact routine:

Tried switching around the spellbook from normal and it doesn't seem to change anything

When I run the script it does this exact routine:

Its Most likely because it uses Group Lunar Tele. So if you don't have Laws and Earth Staff, it won't work Need to add to first post.

For me, it clicks home tele, then runs to bank - but just as my character is going into the bank it clicks again and he runs off to the right.. having not attempted to bank.

Also, could you please post a list of reqs - what we need in our inventory and what order (if any).

E2: Got staff, same thing - not sure what I'm doing wrong =/

E3: I restarted Simba and it seems to be working. :)

E4: 1hour in, working flawlessly - every aspect of this script is so nice. I love it! :D

When it miss clicks, clicking on bank booth it teles again to moonclan. Make it seem very bot like.
And when it runs over the altar (gose east of it ) it has hard time finding the altar

Though sometimes, it shuts down when around half-health, I noticed you had monkfish in your script, and I placed them next to the rune essence. the script says the the bitmap (18) has not been freed, and hence stops itself.

I've been working hard to learn how to script so i can apply for SRL membership. Can't I just have a little present while i work to become a member?

You really fixed a lot of things Align :)

Only problem I had was when I tried to run it in the bank.

It should fill and empty pouches together not seperatly to make it more human like.

EDIT: Also, it clicks the exact same spot on the altar after it empties the first pouch and clicks again for the second

EDIT2: It appears the crafting potion of the script doesn't have any safeguards in place, i.e: It missclicks the altar, it tries to empty the pouch immediately instead of re clicking the altar.

The Reason it does that nathan on Edit is I have a Fail Safe which the timing is slightly out.
Second One, it has two ways to find the Altar first one is very good second isn't. but its a fail safe which help.

1 Hour proggy coming for you as soon as my laptop starts working.
52 Runs + 3K runes crafted with 80 Runecrafting :P

This is a great script, I have been running it for about two hours now.

One thing I noticed:

When one of my giant pouch degrades and it tries to repair it, sometimes my inventory is still full so it can't withdraw the runes to repair the pouches. Maybe add something along the lines of this to make sure there's enough space in the inventory before trying to renew?

Its meant to deposit 5 ess. There's a function called depositEss it works most of the time timing may need to be changed

I know it tries to deposit 5 essence but a few times I watched it not. I'm just saying to failsafe it with a repeat…until procedure.

I'm sorry it's 'messing up for you' I personally don't like getting blamed because it doesn't work 100%!! Go modify it your self if its bugging you that much, or wait till I update which will be in the next few days as I have a life.

This insults the user of your script (By implying they have no life and that you do). You also said you do not like being blamed for your script not working 100%. When you are the one that released the script and you are the one that modifies the script.

I never said anything else other than pointing out that you need to listen to what your users say about your script instead of insulting them and telling them that it's not your fault, when it is.

It's not so much because of prices, SRL still isn't that crowded to do that, it's more to keep us in the right state of mind. With some of the public, if they cannot get something to work for them, it is instantly your fault, and they will demand fixes in a timely manner.

Try not to resort to insulting them back, however.

Only the leechers do that, ignore them. There's people (like me) who really appreciate this script, the code and the effort that went into making it.

The pouch thing is completely irrelevant anyway - who cares if it's not perfect - other players can't see how you're filling pouches, therefore you won't get reported/banned. Some people just lack understanding of how Jagex ban people - and think little trivial things like this will get them banned.

P.S. people being "demanding" shouldn't be reason not to release a script - that's a poor excuse tbh.

Sorry if I offended you by trying to offer you advice to make your script perform better. It's not like I said "FIX NAO I DEMAND YOU FIX THIS". I even gave you a template of what to do. I could fix this myself, which I might do. But then the other users of this script wouldn't have it.

When repairing pouches it contacts the dark mage but it chooses the option "sorry i cant think of anything right now" instead of "can you repair my pouches"

Best script I've tested on this site. Ran absolutely flawless for 6 hours.

I'm gonna test this tomorrow, I'll post my results as well. Any way you could add in the Repair Rune Pouch spell? Would make the script waaay better.
