Hello community :")

It's been quite a long while since I last dropped by here, I'll admit, I have been over in the RSBuddy part of macroing the past couple of months/years since I have been around here. To be completely honest, I just wanted to have the nostalgia of using SCAR/SIMBA to once again macro my accounts for me. On a side note, I'd like to make a huge shoutout to both my friend who introduced me to this wonderful community a couple of years back, and more importantly this community for beginning my programming career. If it weren't for many years of being inspired on how a program was capable of controlling my mouse and keyboard, and playing a game for me, I wouldn't be pursuing a career in computer science and engineering. I actually just got the message about a month ago from the division head telling me that I am accepted to UIC. :spot:(University of Illinois at Chicago)

Unfortunately once the semester starts for me, I probably won't be as active around here again, but I have been attempting to learn how to use SCAR/SIMBA again, so maybe one day, you will see a script or two released by either me - or Aaron, (Camaro') who has been teaching me a bunch in the JAVA language.

To be honest, I don't even know what else to say. I thought I was going to have a pretty nice ending, but unfortunately, I can't think of anything. So, all I will say is, it feels nice to be back. :)

I realise this is a month old now, but i've just decided to do the same thing, and it has almost the same reason i am doing a Bachelor of IT at university. How strange. Well if you do manage to get back into it, PM me, i'm trying, but it's all so daunting. There is so much to learn again.

Congrats on being accepted to post secondary, now, I also hope you love being raped by schoolwork, because that's all that post secondary is, non - frikin' - stop. I'm at uWaterloo in Ontario Canada for SE(Software Engineering) and it's a pain in the ass, I feel your pain. However, welcome back!

Naaah, it is still as easy as ever :) In fact….it is faaaar superior :stirthepot: compared to 7 years ago :stirthepot: on all aspects :stirthepot: Yes we came a long way :stirthepot: and we are still here!:stirthepot:

I have a few more tutorials to read now. TPA's and objective DTM's and what not. Then i need to actually learn the syntax differences between Simba and SCAR. I will try though, it might take a while, but i'll stick to it.

There aren't any syntax difference between Simba and the old Scar.

Indeed, I'm already picking up quickly. Expect something small from me within a few days. I learned some things I never even knew existed within the month or so of me returning. Also, I really love the search bar to look up different functions. It is really useful!

As WT said, we're far more advanced than we were 7 years ago, lol. Thank heavens though for Simba, it's made scripting much easier than SCAR ever did, in my opinion.
