Hahaha that would actually break the point of "Decryption" wouldn't it? But fair is fair. I'll edit the first post..

If I wanted to send something encrypted to the user, I'd still have to send them the key for simba to be able to run it right?

Yeah you'd have to give them the key or else they're either going to have a hard time breaking it or they won't get it at all.
